General Information

All clients must complete the requisite consultation form as part of the booking process.

Appointments are booked every day based on availability, excluding Wednesdays & Thursdays, unless other arrangements have been made.

Retainer Fee

All appointments (excluding Lifestyle Membership Plans) require a non-refundable retainer fee, commonly referred to as a deposit, of $15.00 USD.
The retainer fee secures your selected appointment date and time. Retainer fees are deducted from the total service cost. The balance is payable upon completion of the appointment.
A retainer fee can only be transferred once. In the event you will need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, the new appointment must be scheduled at the next available appointment date within the same month.

Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for any services provided. You are encouraged to respectfully express any concerns or preferences during your appointment. Arrangements for color changes can be accommodated during the appointment, once time permits, however, drastic design changes cannot.
Any design changes which are accommodated may incur an additional fee.

Subscriptions

The Get Glammed Krew and the Bloom Babe monthly subscriptions are operated on a month-to-month basis based on available offers.
Seven appointments each are allocated each month for these subscriptions.
Appointments are only guaranteed with payment of the retainer fee, commonly referred to as a deposit.

Cancelling, Rescheduling or Delayed Appointments

Late fees are not charged.
A 30-minute grace period is allowed. After 30 minutes with no contact, your appointment will be cancelled.
If you have expressed that you will be later than the 30-minute grace period, your appointment may be subject to rescheduling based on availability.
In the event you need to cancel your appointment, at least 2 hours’ notice should be given.
No-call & No-show appointments will not be eligible for future appointments.

Service Warranty

Any concerns which arise after your appointment should be expressed within 24-72 hours to allow for the necessary assessment & corrections.
This service is free of charge.
